Association Board

Ox Bottom Manor Community Association has a five member Board of Directors, each member serves a one-year term.  At each annual meeting, new board member are elected to one-year terms, however existing members are able to be reelected.  This offers some continuity among the board members, but also gives other homeowners a chance to make a difference on the board each year. Once members are elected by the homeowners, the board of directors will then vote on who holds which office.

Association Committees

We encourage you to become active in the Ox Bottom Manor Community Association and all of your neighborhood events.  After all, without you, one cannot have a community but by working together, we can make this community one of the best in Leon County.

This committee will receive requests from homeowners regarding new construction, improvements and/or renovation plans. In utilizing the by laws and covenants and restrictions of the homeowners association, decisions will be made to help keep the community looking good and the values high.

Each month this committee is responsible for greeting new homeowners moving into our community and present them with a gift.

This committee collects and compiles information to be published in the newsletter and on this website.

This committee is responsible for making sure the landscaping of community islands in Ox Bottom Manor are well-maintained and monitor homeowner lawns for compliance with the community's covenants and restrictions.

This committee's efforts are to alert neighbors when a crime has been committed in the community and to keep our community safe.
