Bylaws and Covenants

The following Ox Bottom Manor Community Association's general bylaws and covenants and restrictions apply to all Ox Bottom Manor Community homeowners: Bylaws and Declaration of General Protective Covenants and Restrictions.

Each Ox Bottom Manor Community phase of development has additional covenants specific to that phase. If you are unsure of your development phase, check the Leon County Property Appraiser Database:

Ox Bottom Manor Community Association is always looking for volunteers to serve on committees or to handle special projects.
