When will I receive my new mailbox?
A

Mailbox Installation Schedule is as follows:  Ox Bottom Manor, Hawk Meadow, Meadow Ridge, Belgrande, Holly Hill, San Martin, San Martin, Borderline, Quail Ridge, Milestone, Whittondale, Hines Hill, Blackfox, Coach House, Cotillion, Mallard Trace, Brace, Promenade, Thistlewood, Heritage Ridge, Sinkola, Pickney Hill, Thornberg, Glasgow, Meadow Ridge Court, Tall Stand, Winnstead and Deerwood will be done as each lot is developed.

Q What happens if my old box is destroyed before the new one is installed?

A

The association will have some gently used mailboxes available for temporary installation.

Q Will the dues remain at $200 per year after the mailboxes have been paid for?
A

The Board will make the decision on setting the annual dues amount with assistance from the association accountant.

Q What if I have plantings around my current mailbox?
A

The installers will try and save any plants when installing the new boxes.

Q Why did the Board vote to increase the dues?
A

The dues have never been increased from the current rate of $125 per year.  The Board decided after several months of discussion at board meetings, that this project could be funded with a dues increase instead of a one time special assessment.

Q Why did the board vote on this type of mailbox?
A

The Board decided to keep the mailboxes uniform in design and researched several options.  Classic Accents provided the best product with favorable pricing.  (Click here for photos of mailbox and please do not contact Classic Accents with questions.)

Q When will I know more about the project?
A

Updates will be posted to the website and notices will be mailed when details for installation are available.

Q Why did the board vote to make this change?
A

Most of the property owners were unhappy with the old brown mailboxes.  In keeping with the increasing values of the neighborhood, the board voted to replace the mailboxes with a more aesthetically pleasing uniform design.
