Meeting held in the Hawks Rise Elementary cafeteria. Board Members present were Mike Wernke, Jane Clendinning, Dan Moniz and Robert Hicks. Jane presided as chairperson and called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.

Proposed budget for 2003 presented and discussed.

Mark Jones, CPA, presented the year-end financial report and reported a $5,000.00 increase in net assets at the end of the year.

Quorum of property owners established for the purpose of holding the election. 73 owners represented by proxy, absentee ballot or in person constituted the quorum.

The nominees for the board were introduced. Two nominations were accepted from the floor as write-in candidates.
