|2017-12-08 07:37:23||The Commission have some leeway to disagree with the judge. Both sides will make 20-minute arguments to the Commission, and we may call an expert at that hearing. We will keep you informed when the judge issues his order.|
|2017-12-08 06:37:23||The Court will issue a proposed order in late December. The matter will then be placed on the Commission's agenda in January 2018. The Commission must then decide to adopt the recommendation or to determine to go another route. Their decision must be based out of the record of the recent hearing at the Department of Administrative Hearings (DOAH).|

Our attorneys have submitted the proposed order to the judge. An opposite proposed order is being submitted by the other side. The judge can choose one or the other, ask for changes, or draft a completely different order.|

We also agreed not to allow any two-story homes but to allow one and half story homes with no windows above the first level rear facing. Please let me know if you have further questions.|
|2017-08-16 01:44:14||From: Tom Asbury When we first presented Brookside almost two years ago at a community meeting at the Wildwood church we had a 10’ buffer and 50’ wide lots backing up to Ox Bottom Manor. After much discussion, we agreed to increase the buffer from 10’ to 25’ and increase lot width from 50’ to 60’ for all lots backing up to OX Bottom Manor.|

|2017-06-08 21:21:53||On May 25, 2017, members of the board met with the developer on site to discuss the various concessions the developer made (i.e. reducing the number of homes from 64 to 60 and increasing the buffer between the development and the residents on Milestone Road) to appease Ox Bottom Manor and Moore Pond. The developer is complying with the changes the County Planning Commission requires.|
